At My Life My Power Preparatory Academy, we are dedicated to providing a flexible, high-quality, and empowering learning experience for students in grades 6 through 12. Before enrolling, we kindly ask that you review the following Terms and Conditions. These guidelines help ensure that our expectations are aligned and that you understand the program structure, policies, and payment procedures.

  1. Program Structure and Grade-Level Enrollment

Enrollment is available for one full grade level at a time (e.g., 6th grade, 7th grade, etc.). Each grade level includes a complete, comprehensive academic program designed to prepare students for the next level of study, with the ultimate goal of high school graduation through My Life My Power Preparatory Academy.

Important: Our program is designed to be completed in sequence, with each grade level building upon the previous one. As such, it is not structured for individual course enrollment or credit transfers.

  1. Transferability of Credits

If you are enrolling in a single grade level with the intention of transferring to another institution, it is your responsibility to confirm with that institution whether they will accept credits from My Life My Power Preparatory Academy. We are not a credit transfer program, and each grade level is designed to offer a comprehensive academic experience. While our curriculum prepares students for graduation, the acceptance of credits is at the discretion of the receiving school or institution.

  1. Accreditation and Recognition of Diploma

My Life My Power Preparatory Academy is fully accredited by COGNIA and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), both of which are recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. This level of accreditation ensures that our program meets rigorous academic standards and is recognized nationally.

While our diploma is widely accepted by employers, colleges, and licensing boards, we recommend verifying specific requirements with any future institutions or employers, as final acceptance of credits, transcripts, or diplomas is at their discretion.

  1. Online Account Setup Timeline

After completing your enrollment and payment, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your online account to be fully set up. During this period, you will receive:

  • A secure username and password
  • Orientation instructions
  • A welcome message from your assigned teacher

Our team works diligently to ensure your student is set up for success. Your assigned teacher will also guide you through how to get started and navigate the online learning platform.

  1. Payment Plan and Diploma Release

If you choose to enroll in the monthly payment plan, please be advised of the following:

  • Your tuition must be paid in full before your diploma is released, regardless of the payment plan you choose.

By selecting a monthly payment plan, you agree to honor all payment deadlines, and failure to meet these obligations could delay your ability to receive your diploma upon completion of your studies.

Please Note: While we offer flexible payment options, it remains your responsibility to ensure timely payment. Delays in payments may result in disruption to your access to courses, and failure to complete payments by the final due date will prevent the release of your diploma.

  1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital program, all enrollments are non-refundable once payment has been processed and account setup has begun. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our program and safeguard proprietary content.

  1. Acknowledgment of Terms

By enrolling in the program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • ✔ I understand that each grade level represents a full academic year.
  • ✔ I understand this is not a credit transfer program and that each grade level is a comprehensive, year-long experience.
  • ✔ I understand that diploma and credit acceptance is at the discretion of the receiving institution or employer.
  • ✔ I understand that my account setup may take 1–3 business days after enrollment.
  • ✔ I understand that there are no refunds once I have enrolled and payment has been processed.
  • ✔ I understand that My Life My Power Preparatory Academy is fully accredited by COGNIA and SACS.
  • ✔ I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for ensuring all payments are made on time, especially if I have opted for a payment plan.
